By using the Service, users are deemed to have given valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms. Users who do not agree to the Terms may not use the Service.

Individuals wishing to use the Service may apply for registration in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company, upon agreeing to these Terms. Registration will be completed upon approval by the Company.

• User registration is required to use the Service. Registration requires entering an email address or linking with a Google account.

The Company may decline a registration application if any of the following circumstances are deemed to apply. The Company is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for such rejection.

• False information was provided
• The applicant has previously violated these Terms
• Any other case in which the Company deems registration inappropriate

The Service allows login and other functionality via Google account integration.

• If the user grants permission, the Company may access and display event information from the user's Google Calendar.
• The Service uses Google Calendar in a read-only manner and does not modify or delete calendar entries.
• Users may disconnect their Google account integration at any time by revoking access permissions from the Google Account’s Google Account Settings Page.

The Company grants users a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right to privately use any content (including text, images, video, audio, music, software, programs, and code) provided through the Service within the scope of use. Paid content may only be used after the specified fees have been paid. Any use beyond this scope is strictly prohibited. If the user loses the right to use the Service for any reason, they shall no longer be permitted to use any content provided by the Service.

Users who delay the payment of any monetary obligations to the Company shall pay a late fee at an annual rate of 14.6%.

Users represent and warrant that they have the lawful right to transmit the information included in their posts, and that such content does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights, ownership, or other legal rights. Copyright of user posts remains with the user.
The Company does not acquire copyrights to user posts. However, to the extent necessary for the provision, maintenance, improvement, or promotion of the Service, the Company may reproduce, adapt, and transmit such posts (including enabling transmission), worldwide, free of charge, and without time limitation. Users agree not to exercise moral rights against the Company or its successors and licensees. Users are responsible for backing up their own posts, and the Company is under no obligation to do so. The following types of content are prohibited:

• Content that infringes intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other legal rights of the Company or third parties
• Content including personally identifiable information (except where requested or permitted by the Company for registration purposes)
• Obscene or indecent expressions
• Content intended for meeting strangers or facilitating indecent acts, regardless of gender
• Content promoting, encouraging, or facilitating suicide or self-harm
• Content related to the sale of drugs or dangerous substances, or promoting their inappropriate use
• Content promoting religious or political activities, groups, or organizations
• Solicitation for network business schemes
• Spam or junk mail content
• Content potentially harmful to minors
• Cruel expressions or content likely to cause discomfort
• Content containing malicious software such as computer viruses
• Content that causes excessive anxiety to others
• Any other content deemed inappropriate by the Company

Users must not engage in the following actions while using the Service:

• Violating applicable laws, court rulings, or enforceable administrative actions, or encouraging such violations
• Criminal activity
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Infringing the portrait rights, privacy, or honor of others
• Overloading or interfering with the normal operation of the Company’s servers or networks
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Reverse engineering or decoding the Service's source code
• Unauthorized access to systems or tampering with Company data
• Copying, transmitting, transferring, lending, or modifying the Service’s website or software
• Transferring or leasing accounts or content for a fee
• Commercial use of information obtained through the Service
• Unintended profit-seeking activities
• Unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or sales activities
• Collecting or storing personal information about other users
• Using the Service for illegal, improper, or unfair purposes
• Causing harm, loss, or discomfort to other users or third parties
• Impersonating other users
• Using other users’ accounts
• Seeking encounters with strangers
• Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial groups
• Acts contrary to public order and morals
• Using the Service in unsafe situations, such as while walking or driving
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Any content or virtual currency obtained within the Service must not be exchanged for cash or equivalents, by any means, including:

• Sale or purchase
• Transfer, lending, or borrowing involving compensation
• Other acts judged to be cash conversion by the Company

Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not become in the future, any of the following:

• A member of an organized crime group or similar organization
• Controlled by or affiliated with such groups
• Using such groups for personal or third-party gain
• Providing funding or support to such groups
• Having officers or individuals involved in such groups
• Users shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following acts:

Violent demands

• Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility
• Threatening behavior or use of violence
• Spreading rumors, using deception, or force to damage the Company's reputation or disrupt business
• Any other similar acts

The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the user’s access to all or part of the Service or terminate their registration if any of the following apply. The Company bears no liability for damages incurred by the user as a result.

• Violation of these Terms
• False registration information
• Failure to fulfill payment obligations
• No response from the user after a reasonable period
• Prolonged inactivity
• Affiliation or interaction with antisocial groups
• Other reasons deemed inappropriate by the Company

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if any of the following apply. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such suspension:

• System maintenance or updates
• Natural disasters, epidemics, or other force majeure events
• System failures or accidents
• Other reasons the Company deems necessary

Users may delete their registration and withdraw from the Service according to procedures specified by the Company.

The Company does not guarantee that the Service or its contents are free from bugs or rights violations. The Company makes no warranties regarding safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Company bears no responsibility for any damages incurred by users in connection with the Service. However, if the contract between the user and the Company (including these Terms) qualifies as a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, this disclaimer shall not apply. Even in such cases, the Company’s liability shall be limited to direct, actual damages caused by the Company’s ordinary negligence (excluding gross negligence), and the maximum compensation shall not exceed the lower of the Service fees paid in the past month or 10,000 JPY.

The Company may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice. Users agree that they will lose access to any paid content after termination, and the Company will bear no responsibility for any resulting damages.

The Company may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect when posted on the Company’s website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

User information obtained through use of the Service will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Notices and communications between the Company and users will be conducted in accordance with methods prescribed by the Company. Unless users update their contact information, the registered information will be considered valid and any communication sent will be deemed received at the time of dispatch.

Users may not assign or pledge their contractual status or any rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties without the Company’s prior written consent.

If the Company transfers its business related to the Service to another company (including through mergers, corporate splits, or any other business transfer), the user’s contractual position, rights, obligations, and personal data may be transferred to the transferee. Users are deemed to have agreed to such transfers in advance.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Service. The Company may also establish rules regarding use, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the Terms and such rules, the rules shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such judgment shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
